Heavenly Halibut

This recipe was brought to us by customer Sandy P. in Rancho Mirage, California - it’s a crowd pleaser!


Serves 8

2 pounds skinless halibut fillets
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons green onions, chopped 
1/4 teaspoon salt
Dash of hot pepper sauce

Preheat the oven broiler and grease a baking dish. In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, lemon juice, green onions, salt, and hot pepper sauce.

Arrange the halibut fillets in the prepared baking dish and place 8” from the heating element. Broil for 8 minutes, or until easily flaked with a fork. Spread with the Parmesan cheese mixture and broil for another 2 minutes, or until topping is bubbly and lightly browned.
